I was thinking maybe we could use the rocks to make an O and then put a fire in the middle of them? that would only be like 1 item, and it would be creative i guess?

we could always have like a raft or something that we came in on to get part of the design in the water

Maybe do something with the sand? like maybe make sand letters, or some sort of sand design that would stick out.
Or we could all strip down and flash passing air pilots or something?

Great ideas so far everyone. In order to make our design stand out I think we should incorporate lots of color into it. Having a fire would certainly do this, but if we add a tribe flag and maybe some blankets or something it will be very attractive. And Amanda said we could use reward items from the show so what else besides blankets are colorful??

I'm not the most creative, so I don't know how much I can be a help with this one, but if you need me to add something to make it 6 I'll obviously. I'd much rather do one where we have to post like a million times, but that's probably just me.
That being said, I really like Amber's idea of putting a raft in the water and incorporating that somehow. =)

hey guys, I was looking online and i found a few things on survival signals and stuff, and it said that if you have three fires in a triangle, that thats like an international distress signal which might be good since were in like a foreign country and pilots wouldnt know what SOS meant.
Also maybe we shoud have something shiny, so we can signal like planes or boats with it?

Here is just a little something I came up with so far. I've incorporated Parvati's idea of the international distress signal and a tribal flag. I also tried to include a raft but I don't have a program that can cut out the white background from this pic: I thought it was perfect because it's our tribe color Anyway, here is the design I came up with:

Awesome! Amanda said we can use the rocks that are in the picture so maybe we could move those around the fires so they stand out more since we have to use as little as possible

That's lovely, Chad! The less fires we can have, the greater our chances. After reading through what she expects, fire is very not original. So we need something that brings together colour and obviousness from up above.

We can go down to one flame if necessary, I just did the triangle formation like Parvati suggested.

I have added a blanket with our tribe name on it. We could have won it in a reward challenge. Do you guys like it or not??
